Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression in Laguna Hills
Non-surgical, computer-controlled traction therapy for herniated disc, sciatica, and chronic low-back patterns — used alongside adjustment when the case calls for it. First visit $49.

What spinal decompression is — and when it fits.
Spinal decompression is a non-surgical, computer-controlled traction therapy designed to relieve pressure on compressed discs and nerves. It is most often used alongside chiropractic adjustment for herniated disc, sciatica, and chronic low-back patterns.
Dr. Rundle uses decompression as part of a customized plan — not as a one-size protocol. Whether decompression is right for your case is decided after the exam and X-ray.

Spinal Decompression FAQ.
- How many visits will I need?
- Dr. Rundle gives you a plan after the exam and X-ray — not before. Acute pain often resolves in fewer visits than chronic pain.
- Do I need a referral from my doctor?
- No. You can book directly.
- Will my insurance cover it?
- We participate with most plans, including Medicare and Blue Shield. After the $49 first visit, follow-up care is billed to insurance when applicable.
